At Sabi Sabi, we understand that no two guests are the same. Our highly trained safari guides are experts in delivering immersive, multi-sensory adventures tailored to individual needs and preferences.

For guests who are blind or have low vision, we incorporate tactile encounters, such as finely crafted wooden sculptures, the spicy scent of Fever Tree bark after a rainstorm, and the refreshing taste of Wild Mint, bringing the landscape to life through touch, scent and taste. As the day fades, our guides carefully select sundowner locations that allow for descriptive conversations about the shifting sunset hues and the myriads of sounds that linger in the air.  

For guests who are deaf or hard of hearing, our team ensures that written information and direct communication options are available so that every guest is fully informed and engaged throughout our safaris. 

For those with specific health requirements, our safari team accommodates each need with respect and care, ensuring their utmost comfort. Our guides take the time to share deeper insights, allowing every detail of the landscape, from the movement of wildlife to the shifting colours of the sky, to be fully appreciated. 

For guests with reduced mobility or who require additional support, we provide purposefully designed accommodation, to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay. Safari vehicles are equipped with accessible seating and added stability support on rugged terrain, positioning guests for the best views and ease of access. After a day of exploration, guests can unwind in our specially adapted suite at Bush Lodge, complete with wider doorways, stability bars in the bathroom and step-free access to the main lodge area.

Mealtimes are just as carefully considered. Whether it’s a hearty breakfast, a lingering lunch or an outdoor dinner under the stars, our team ensures every dining occasion is memorable.
