Our meals celebrate South African flavours, created from local produce and enriched with the stories of our heritage. This is why we've teamed up with renowned South African chef Karen Dudley, who brings a wealth of culinary expertise and has dazzled palates both locally and internationally.

A Culinary Artist At Work
After closing her beloved Cape Town restaurant, The Kitchen, Karen started a new chapter that brought her to the kitchens of Sabi Sabi. Free from the demands of restaurant ownership, she now channels her creativity into enhancing the dining experiences at our lodges. Karen's work involves not just introducing new dishes but also mentoring our chefs, imparting crucial skills and a deep understanding of global flavours and contemporary cuisine.
